personalized pet collars

February 18th, 2009

Collars serve as ways for owners to identify their pets. Some owners even get personalized pet collars for their dogs or cats to set them apart from all the other animals. These personalized pet collars are pretty affordable. If you have more than one pet, you can get each one their own collar and still not spend too much. Especially if you have dogs, collars are important because that’s usually where leashes are fastened to.

Some important reminders when getting pet collars:1. Consider the size of your pet. 2. Consider the age. If you’re getting a collar for a kitten or a puppy and want it to last until it’s all grown up, make sure you get an adjustable collar. 3. Animals have allergies too. Check the material the collars are made from.

dog tunnel

February 10th, 2009

Train your dog for the show ring right in the comfort of your home. Simply purchase training equipment that you can easily set up in your lawn or garden. A dog tunnel can help you practice your dog’s agility. It is made of a sturdy material similar to canvas but is very lightweight at only 10 lbs.

The fabric resists dogs’ claws and is also weather resistant. The spring coil is sewn internally so your pet can’t get caught on anything while running through the tunnel. Use this equipment straight or curved. To prolong your tunnel’s life, it is recommended that you store it when you won’t be using it for a long time.
