dog behavior problems

March 9th, 2009

Many dog owners prefer to have puppies over getting older dogs. They can easily prevent dog behavior problems when they are able to train them while they are still young. Common dog behavior problems are barking at strangers, chewing on furniture and shoes, running away and soiling the house.

You need to have a lot of patience when correcting your dog’s behavior problems. There are so many tools and tips that you can find online that are specific to the dog breed that you have. One sure thing is that you need to establish that you are the leader and your dog should follow you. But if you are unable to discipline your dog, maybe you should send your pet to a dog obedience school.
