Not all cremated remains are kept in the home. There are memorial places which serve as permanent resting place. They may be buried under the ground or kept in crypts. These are pleasant places for loved ones to come and visit. The style of the urn to choose will depend on whether it will be buried permanently in the ground or whether they will be kept in a crypt and collected from time to time.
Urns that are meant to be buried are not too elaborate. A simple wooden urn will do. Those designed for display will be more elaborate. They will often feature engravings that will display a personal touch. It could be a photo or the semblance of a favorite toy.
