I have always been a dog lover rather than a cat lover. Dogs are the most loyal pets in the world. They make terrific companions; we have read stories about how they stuck their necks out and even offered their lives to save a master in danger. They can be your security at night. With a dog in the house you will be in good paws.
Before cat lovers start clawing me, let me say a few good things about cats. Cats don’t need much taking care of. They take care of grooming themselves and even if they don’t ever take a bath, they always seem to be clean and neat. Cats are innately curious which can be irritating sometimes but can also be a source of fun. Unlike dogs, as long as they have empty boxes to play in or trees to climb cats will never bother you. By comparison, dogs are always following you around and they expect to be acknowledged from time to time.
